Do you feel as though you are useless; feel like you are a terrible waste of space; feel absolutely worthless? Are you ashamed of who you are or what you've done; feel like you don't matter to the world; that you are a failure. Maybe you even feel as though you are not good enough for that job or your spouse or even feel like people think you a fool?
You know what; the truth of the matter is you are not what others say about you; you are not even what you feel. You are actually useful and created for a purpose. You are worthy and can unashamedly be you, because you matter and are uniquely special. You are not your mistakes; you may have failed sometimes, just like we all have, but that is not who you are. You are strong; you are victorious, more than an overcomer. You are enough, just as you are; you may have done some silly things, but that doesn't make you a fool. If you don't make mistakes you are not human and will never grow and learn. So I is okay to be You.
When was the last time you looked in the mirror and said, I am beautiful, strong, kind, loving and loved. I am unique, different, special and valued. I am one of a kind, created by God ,to be me and no one else. I am me and I love me, because without me the world would be a sad place.
Maybe it's time to throw off some of the things people have labelled you with and the negative words you have allowed to grow in your mind. Because as these words have grown, they have determined the way you have lived. Its time to listen to the truth, to good, wholesome and positive words. Its time to listen to who you really are. You are loved by the creator God and the world is blessed to have you here.
Believe in yourself, for you have overcome in the past and you will continue to, as you go after your dreams. Dream BIG.
If you want to talk about how you see yourself or how you can change your beliefs about yourself, then feel free to send me a PM for the first free session (also available via skype).
