Do you feel like you are drowning; feel like you can hardly get you head up above the waves. Do you feel like you almost get up and then the next wave comes and knocks you down again? Do you feel like no one even notices what you are facing or even how much you struggled, just to get out of bed today?
No matter how big your struggle, no matter how big the waves seem to be, I want to encourage you that there is hope. You have more strength than you know and there is people who care about you more than you can imagine. There is people out there who are willing to throw you a "life ring", to help you find hope amidst the waves.
You know the thing about waves is; you have a choice, when you are in them. You can give up and let them take you where they want and feel like you're not heard or You can stand up, keep you head high, look ahead and surf the waves.
Sometimes we need some help to know how to surf the waves, so if you feel like you are drowning and no one sees your struggle, then why now reach out take a look at how you could get up and surf the waves. Surfing at times may seem beyond what you can do, but you know what far more than that it might be scary, it is thrilling, inspiring, freeing, liberating, a joy and a delight to ride the waves. Come on you can do it. It's time to start surfing the waves, that once scared you. You have what it takes.

Do you feel as though you are useless; feel like you are a terrible waste of space; feel absolutely worthless? Are you ashamed of who you are or what you've done; feel like you don't matter to the world; that you are a failure. Maybe you even feel as though you are not good enough for that job or your spouse or even feel like people think you a fool?
You know what; the truth of the matter is you are not what others say about you; you are not even what you feel. You are actually useful and created for a purpose. You are worthy and can unashamedly be you, because you matter and are uniquely special. You are not your mistakes; you may have failed sometimes, just like we all have, but that is not who you are. You are strong; you are victorious, more than an overcomer. You are enough, just as you are; you may have done some silly things, but that doesn't make you a fool. If you don't make mistakes you are not human and will never grow and learn. So I is okay to be You.
When was the last time you looked in the mirror and said, I am beautiful, strong, kind, loving and loved. I am unique, different, special and valued. I am one of a kind, created by God ,to be me and no one else. I am me and I love me, because without me the world would be a sad place.
Maybe it's time to throw off some of the things people have labelled you with and the negative words you have allowed to grow in your mind. Because as these words have grown, they have determined the way you have lived. Its time to listen to the truth, to good, wholesome and positive words. Its time to listen to who you really are. You are loved by the creator God and the world is blessed to have you here.
Believe in yourself, for you have overcome in the past and you will continue to, as you go after your dreams. Dream BIG.
